Returns Policy
Standard Returns
We understand situation happen! If you no longer need this product or need to return it for any reason without damages or defective claims, you may do so within 30 Days from delivery. However, if you need to return your order after 30 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Items
Customers must report any damaged items within 7 business days of delivery. In such cases, return freight will be covered.
Shortages
For any shortages, you must report the discrepancy within 5 business days of delivery. The refund for the return freight will be calculated at the time of processing.
Defective Items
All returns for defective items are accepted within 25 days of the date of delivery. No exceptions.
Important Note for LTL Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, please note you MUST refuse the damaged shipment. Obtaining a claim from carriers with a Proof of Delivery (POD) indicating it was signed for in good condition will not be accepted.
